Delivery Confirmation emails are sent to delivery order customers when the order is updated to Taken/Delivered in your Orders page.
To set up the message the customer will be emailed, navigate to Settings > Delivery > Delivery Confirmation.
Set Automatic Delivery Confirmation to Yes to enable Delivery Confirmation, then set the message you want customers to receive. Consider including your web address, social media links, or hashtags.
That's it! Now, when you set an order's status to Taken/Delivered in Orders or Orders > Deliveries, the Delivery Confirmation email will be automatically sent to the customer email on file for that order.
