Navigate to Phone System > Auto Receptionist > General Settings > IVR Settings

Select “Edit” for Company Hours Greeting

Select the “Record Button”

Select “Importing”

Select “Browse” and upload the relevant audio file.

Select “Done” and “Save”
Alternatively, RingCentral offers a level of automation for changing outgoing messages based on conditions within the “Custom Answering Rules”. A change to the outgoing message can be setup for a date/time trigger.
