How do I change my Floranext username or password?

Forgotten Username

Your username is the email address associated with your Floranext account. If unsure, please call us to answer some security questions and we will confirm your username.

Forgotten Password

If you know your username but can't remember your password, navigate to your Floranext Dashboard login page.

1. Click the Forgot Password link
2. Enter your username (this will be your email address)
3. Click Retrieve Password

An email with a new password will be emailed to you. If you do not receive the new password email, first check your spam folder. If you still do not see the email, email us at support@floranext.com or submit a ticket.

Changing Password

1. Hover over the person icon and click My Account
2. Enter your current password and click Login
3. A new page will open—enter your new password, then again to confirm it. Be sure to click Save Account!
4. The next time you log out of Floranext, this will be the password needed to log back in
